There are lots of places.
1. If you have a local course then the Professional there should be able to inform you of illegal or legal clubs.
2. The Royal and Ancient have a list on their website: http://www.randa.org/index.cfm?action=ru…
This tells you all the rules regarding equipment.
You mean like Mexicans that cross the border at night? I’m sure you can find them in New Mexico or Texas and they can drive you where ever you want, but they might not be licensed to chauffeur…
Go to the USGA’s website at usga.org. On the right side under the column “Playing the Game”, go to “Clubs & Balls”. There you will find lists of conforming and non-conforming golf balls and drivers.
