Will Tiger Wood’s Prenuptial hold since he was the one who got caught cheating?
I’m not sure but since Tiger is the one who got caught cheating does the Prenuptial Agreement get tossed out the door and now his wife can walk away and take some cash with her?
Regardless how it was worded it will all depend on the judge if it goes to court. It has happened before and it will undoubtedly happen again, that a judge will override and throw out a contract, be it a pre-nup, mortgage, employment contract, etc… Although the pre-nup does hold weight, and consider that this is Tiger Woods and he can get the best lawyers money can buy. But if she decides to to make a stand and go to court that might work to his disadvantage especially if the pre-nup is too lopsided. And that might be the case since he considerably more wealthy then when they were married. The judge will ultimately decide regardless of the pre-nup.
